Bob Rabun

Executive Vice President

Bob Rabun joined the LPJ team in 1997 as a Project Manager bringing with him a comprehensive proficiency in wood framing and commercial building. He was quickly promoted for his demonstrated leadership, budgeting acumen and scheduling abilities. After being promoted to Vice President of Construction in 2001, Mr. Rabun was again promoted to Executive Vice President in 2009. During his tenure with LPJ he has been involved in all aspects of project management from preliminary planning and estimating through construction close-out.

Mr. Rabun oversees all LPJ’s daily operations and directs all construction related activities, including project management and field operations. Mr. Rabun's accomplishments at LPJ include: the 175,000 square foot expansion at Desert Hills Premium Outlets including the construction of an 1,800 space parking structure; the 70,000 square foot retail expansion of the Las Vegas Premium Outlets-South including a new promenade and re-façade; and the 20 acre Rio Rancho Towne Center project in Pomona, CA.

Mr. Rabun is proficient in all aspects of project management and possesses an aptitude for communicating fluidly with both clients and subcontractors. He has four decades of diverse construction experience and offers clients the expertise, organizational and management skills acquired during his dynamic career.
