Project: The expansive 48-acre Target Center is located in Apple Valley, California. Along with all site work and retail buildings, Lyle Parks Jr., Construction was responsible for extensive offsite work, such as widening Highway 18 and the Dale Evans Parkway, as well as building Bass Hill Road for the town.
