Project: The Shops at Riverwalk, a premier mixed-use development located in Western Riverside, is a 1 million square foot master planned business park owned by Turner Development.  Riverwalk is comprised of high-end office space, R&D and industrial space, medical office space, and retail space.  Lyle Parks Jr., Construction was responsible for the site work of this 25-acre property as well as the construction of 28,538 square feet of its retail component.   Riverwalk’s retail space features 11 restaurants and a 129-room executive style hotel.  “The Promenade,” which separates the medical park from the retail center, includes a tree-lined pedestrian walkway, lush landscaping, and upscale outside eating areas.
