Project: Transforming a regional 60s-era enclosed mall into a vibrant, 21st Century, open-air retail and entertainment destination takes experience and ingenuity. The LPJ Team demolished aging basements, buildings and parking structures; relocated utilities and constructed out-buildings so tenants could stay open during construction. They also built new retail stores, restaurants, a 16 screen Regal Cinemas theater, and devised new facades for the existing Gottschalks. The new “Main Street” atmosphere has turned this property into a thriving regional center.
