Project: 13 acre, 180,000 square foot expansion to the popular retail center in Upland, California in planning area 19A. Included the ground up construction of retail space for Nordstrom Rack, Toys R’ Us, TJ Maxx, Famous Footwear, Tilly’s and Golfsmith. The total square footage constructed by LPJ at Colonies Crossroads reaches just under one million with this Phase II expansion.
