Project: Lyle Parks Jr., Construction has been involved in the repositioning of the original Montclair Plaza super-regional mall for over two years.  Part of a long term master plan for the entire property, phase one includes completely relocating the food hall, the creation of two prime restaurant spaces with exterior patios, new exterior facades and entry portals, new concourse architectural elements and floor finishes, new anchor shell spaces, upgraded vertical transportation and all new FF&E. Phase one is complete but work continues within the mall at various inline and anchor tenant spaces.
